15. Staying Anchored During a Storm

In this week's episode of Soul Archaeology, our host Ali Ofstedal brings an episode of introspective feelings following the Solar Eclipse in Libra, and how this could affect you, as well as the solar return affecting her personally. How can you find peace amidst chaos? With themes of loss, injustice and balance and all of the heaviness in the world, it can lead to activations of grief, anger and fear within everyone in the collective. For Ali, these times have brought a lot to the surface in ways of being disconnected from oneself, finding the need for solitude and an emphasis on the veil thinning that has been occurring the last few weeks. We all carry ancestral imprints that can be activated by war, even if not in our physical current existence but within our blood, our DNA and our bones. The most important thing we can do is self-regulate, anchor in, be with what surfaces, so we can hold space for others. Remember that during eclipse season there is realignment.
