Supernatural Circumstances

Bigfoot - Part 1 (with guest Aleksandar Petakov)

16 Jan 2023

Description

Over our next couple of episodes, we’ll be tackling the topic of perhaps the best-known of all cryptids, most commonly called Bigfoot or Sasquatch. Both this week’s and next week’s guests take us from the Pacific Northwest into other regions that may be lesser known for their sightings of the creature. After Morgan’s thoughts in this episode, we speak to Aleksandar Petakov. Aleksandar is a documentary filmmaker, adventurer and avid outdoorsman who is constantly searching for the unknown. Travelling across North America and the world, Aleksandar has looked into various Cryptozoological creatures like Sasquatch, the Loch Ness Monster, the Lake Champlain Monster, Mystery Big Cats, as well as other Fortean phenomena and mysterious places like the Bridgewater Triangle and done many documentaries on these topics and more. Aleksandar has chronicled over 50 Bigfoot sightings in his home state of New Hampshire. He is a Small Town Monsters crew member and has searched far and wide for Sasquatch in the “Bigfoot: Beyond the Trail” documentary series on YouTube. Supernatural Circumstances is a co-production of Entityseeker Paranormal Research and Teachings and Good Egg Studios. This podcast is a part of the CuriousCast Podcast Network. Theme music by Corey Johnson of Catalyst Records in Edmonton, Alberta.
