Alison Dixon is a senior Psychological Therapist and supervisor in the UK, and has worked in NHS psychology services for over 10 years. She works with people experiencing a wide range of difficulties and specializes in addressing longstanding relationship problems. She has published research in compassion-focused therapy (CFT), runs CFT and mindfulness groups and has co-facilitated workshops on the use of compassion-focused chairwork.
