Born in Germany, Maarten Baas is a Dutch furniture designer whose work straddles the worlds of art and design. After studying at Design Academy Eindhoven, his graduate exhibition was discovered by Moooi, which served as something of a catalyst for his career. His work has been collected by institutions around the world, including Melbourne’s NGV.
