Let that sink in. Nine to zero, he lost even the three justices that he appointed to the court. And I believe it is good news. Somewhat, I'll tell you why. It is good news, but then there's a caveat, as they say. So the SCOTUS yesterday evening said the Trump administration is required to, quote, facilitate the release of a Maryland man who was wrongfully deported to El Salvador, to a gulag there, to one of the most notorious prisons in the world, okay?
The court partly granted a partly and partly rejected an emergency request filed by the Justice Department contesting a judge's order that Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Remember that he be retrieved from a prison in El Salvador where he was sent on March 15th, along with men alleged to be Venezuelan gang members. And here's the quote. The rule of law won today. Time to bring him home. Andrew Rossman, one of Abrego Garcia's lawyers, said in an email.
