Chapter 1: What is the future of reality and AI?

0.031 - 17.297

In the next five to seven years, there will be indistinguishability between what's real and what is fake. The greatest healing ever in the history of humanity is coming. And it starts with surrender. And it's coming through Jesus. Anxiety is a sin to repent of, not something to medicate out of.

0

18.02 - 37.644

The battle you're going through in your health, your family right now, it is spiritual, and the enemy is taking it, and we need to claim the ground again. You should have complete control and surrender to the Lord, but you should have authority over these areas, but the devil's put up a camp. We just have to understand that Christ did it for us on the cross, and we have to surrender to that.

0

37.804 - 38.485

That's the freedom.

0

Chapter 2: How does surrender play a role in healing?

39.787 - 56.679

For the first time in history, more parents are worried their kids are going to commit suicide than get in a car wreck. Mental health is through the roof. I call it the anxious era. Faith, family, freedom. You're going to hear about it all. Oh, does that sound boring? What does that have to do with pain to purpose?

0

56.86 - 65.543

Oh, you wait till you hear this story that happened a year ago, transformed this gentleman's life, and it's going to transform the planet. Wait till you hear this story.

0

Chapter 3: What are the spiritual battles families face today?

65.523 - 85.43

But how these affect your health, oh man, I'll tell you what, the adversary uses all of those to take our health and take an off ramp and we wonder what happened to our life. But man, we're gonna tie all that in. This is gonna be a show, I'm gonna tell you right now, you're gonna wanna share because this is gonna touch you in the area where God is tapping.

0

85.45 - 110.363

I'm telling you, there's a purpose here for you even hearing my voice right now. I'm here with Scott Donnell and my lovely wife. And our dogs are on the floor too. Scott, you're just one of the most incredible entrepreneurs. You have reached 250 million families. You've mentored teenagers, my son, one of them. We are part of your legacy group. It used to be called Dinner Table. Yeah.

0

110.343 - 131.444

Now it's just legacy. Now it's just legacy because we are, one of our things is we're leaving a legacy on this planet, right? And I joined your group when I heard about that. Tim Tebow, there's some amazing people in our group. I mean, I'm telling you, the whole group is amazing, right? Yep. These are people who all are changing the world. But you have changed the world already.

0

131.624 - 153.428

I can't wait for them to hear what's next. Okay. Gear up. It's a wild story. That was probably the longest introduction I ever gave, because there is so much here. My fear is people from the beginning are going to be like, okay, what's here for me? I'm telling you, there's something here for them. There's something here for you, because what God's doing through you

0

153.408 - 176.462

gives me goosebumps up and down from trafficking children. Anti-trafficking children. Oops. Saving children. Yeah, saving children. He traffics children. No, he traffics children right to heaven. That's what he's doing. Bring them to heaven. No, but the difference that you're making. I almost don't know where to start, but I'm going to start here.

176.442 - 196.561

How did you, as an entrepreneur, how did you end up in all of these areas? Tell us your story. And I even want to tell your story, your salvation story as well. And I don't know where that fits into. Start at your childhood. Yeah, there you go. I think it's a great story. It's been a wild life. I prayed early on, Lord, give me a wild life. Okay, see, I'm not praying that, Lord.

197.882 - 223.577

We've had one, though. Because I've had one. I'm praying for shalom, shalom. Let me start with this quote. Anyone listening, I want to frame to this conversation. This has been the most transformational thing in my life the last few years. Here's the quote. A mentor of mine said this. He said, many are gifted, but few are anointed because of the cost of the oil. Now, if you think about that.

224.89 - 251.656

Are you going to let God do everything He needs to do in you to accomplish everything He wants through you? That's a big question. I think that over 90% of people, maybe 99% of people are like, no way. I just want my get out of jail free card. I want some fire insurance here. I want to have a safe, comfortable, secure life. I want to look good to others.

251.957 - 277.113

I want to have enough money to make it through. I just want to bide my time to retirement. I think you're right. You got to be careful about that thinking. 99% of the people I think would answer, why wouldn't I want that? Because you're missing an unbelievable life. That's why. And God at the helm. Yeah. For sure. If you want to live a lukewarm life, there are verses on that.

Chapter 4: How can families build a legacy of values?

979.827 - 1000.72

By the way, it's one of the reasons why I told my kids, like, don't even bother going to college. It's like, because it's like the marketing and stuff. It's like, it changes monthly. That's right. It's like, boom, boom, boom. I mean, you have to go to seminars to keep up. That's right. What they're teaching is so antiquated. Not to mention paying for them to party. That's right. Yeah, right.

0

1000.74 - 1012.45

There's a zillion reasons why. And be indoctrinated. Number one regret. Number one. So I'm coaching families all over the world, all ages, little kids, teenagers, adult kids, grandkids. Number one regret right now.

0

1012.43 - 1033.151

They spent a quarter million dollars and 18 years with a kid, and they spent another six figures sending them to a college that reverse-discipled them away from everything they ever taught them. And that was probably the biggest reason why we didn't want our kids to go. We were afraid of that, obviously. And it's the institution. It's the people. It's the kids. And just knowing your kid.

0

1033.371 - 1057.941

Our kids didn't need to go and get self-confidence. You know what I mean? You built in them. We did. These things happen at home. So information. Now with AI. So it used to be a year. In the last year and a half, that has been collapsed to today where it's every 13 hours. What? All information. What does that mean though? What does it mean? I'll tell you what it means. It means overwhelm.

0

1058.762 - 1081.769

It means the feeling for the first time in history where young people feel obsolete. They don't just feel overwhelmed. They feel like this thing is going to pass them by so fast, they'll never catch up. They'll never keep up. How am I going to have a job when an industry a week gets tanked? What's the future of work look like? This is how young people feel.

1081.849 - 1099.191

Why do you think anxiety is going through the roof? Because you're combining instant gratification, which creates fragility. You're combining dopamine distortion, which creates addiction and isolation. And you're combining that with an AI revolution that makes them feel obsolete. See, those are the forces that are attacking our families. And it's not just our kids. It's us.

1100.272 - 1122.529

And the fourth force, by the way, is anti-family focus. Oh, it's everywhere. Anti-family. Every force I've ever seen. This is anti-family. I mean, everything is anti-family. And we wonder why these kids today, this younger generation, college age, is looking to the government to take care of them. That's right. The less freedom- Well, it's entitlement too. It's all part of these four things.

1122.549 - 1138.464

Oh man, it's all here. Like, okay, I'll just give an example. Biggest show in the 80s, early 90s, mid 90s. Brady Bunch? No. Well, after Brady Bunch, that was a good example, but Home Improvement. Okay, okay. I wouldn't even have known that. I was gonna say Full House or something similar. Full House, Home Improvement. Home Improvement was the number one show in the 80s?

1138.484 - 1156.901

It was for several, well, not the early 90s. Tim Allen? It was Full House, Home Improvement. So you got the whole family in the home. Yep. Deep conversations. Tim, the tool man, he knew his neighbor. Yeah. They had a marriage. They talked about real topics. It was slow jump cuts. And everyone's like, yes, American family. This is good. Traditional values. So it wasn't every two to six seconds.

Chapter 5: How can storytelling impact family identity?

2771.446 - 2793.893

I have all these notes. I thought, my kids are going to get this one day, and they're going to start reading it, and they're going to be ministered to. And they saw me every day in those hard times, and we were a broken family in so many ways. And they're going to remember me in that book, and they're going to remember when that was all written, right? And I just prayed in that moment.

0

2794.053 - 2815.932

I'm like, Lord, you know, it's like... I had all the hope in you, and that's all I had. I said that. All I have now. Because everything was gone. And that's more than enough. It's everything. All I have now. That might be one of your greatest gifts to them. Yeah. It's right. I'm serious. People don't realize. So did you know this? When an elder dies...

0

Chapter 6: What does surrender mean in the context of faith?

2815.912 - 2841.284

A library burns. So I think one of the greatest misses we have as a society is we've lost the oral tradition of storytelling. It's actually one of the greatest ways to give identity. It's one of the greatest ways to instill values. You having that chronicle, basic, it's a chronicle of what happened at the deepest, hardest, darkest. I don't even remember until I read it. And now they have it.

0

2841.945 - 2859.865

Now they'll have it forever. See, this is why storytelling in families is one of our biggest priorities because you don't know, right? Like if you wanna kill a family, just get rid of the chief storyteller. If you, oh, hey, here's an idea. Why do you think we're so close to World War III? It's because all the World War II vets are dead.

0

2861.466 - 2874.015

See, if we stop telling stories of the past and the lessons we've learned to our children and to the next generation, then they're not gonna be able to learn the lessons. I'm the storyteller in the family, you know, and I told Marilee this the other day, and

0

2874.265 - 2889.646

Because, you know, a lot of my purpose isn't, you know, my kids are carrying on the mission that I've been called to and they're doing a better job than me. And, you know, it's like, so I'm good with going. I don't have even a problem with that. Right. But then I said to her, I'm like, why am I even working out?

0

Chapter 7: How is the concept of mammon explained in this discussion?

2889.806 - 2906.693

Like, you know, it's like, it's like, I wish God would just tell me when I'm going to go because like, why even bother with it all? Right. I kind of get that attitude. Right. So anyways, but I hear you say that it's like, well, if I have one purpose, maybe it's just to continue to tell those stories. Maybe I need to tell them more. And I have to live with this, right? And try to support it.

0

2907.254 - 2930.722

I'm not sure what to do with that. It's most likely from the enemy, right? I don't think God gives us visions of how we're dying all the time. I think ever since that happened with Charlie Kirk and he had an attitude. that was, I don't want to say similar, I don't know enough about his own story, but I've heard that he kind of had thoughts because of the threats or whatever it was, right?

0

2931.403 - 2951.515

I've had my life threatened with the work we're doing for families and anti-human trafficking, all that stuff. I mean, I've had death threats. But I think the silver lining in what you're saying is... I think it's a healthy thing to get to a point where it's like, I'm good going at any moment. I am. Because you can't be more surrendered than that. Yeah, I really am.

0

Chapter 8: What is the significance of air war versus ground war in spiritual battles?

2951.535 - 2967.662

I do not fear death. I know where I'm going. And bring me, I was an agnostic. I was an atheist who came, you know, Christ saved my ass. I mean, it's like, there's no part of me that was part of that. That's why I'm the guy who's like, you can't lose your salvation because I had nothing. Trust me, I had nothing to do with it.

0

2967.703 - 2982.623

It's like there's no losing something I did not have anything to do with. I'm like a staunch believer in that because it's like, no, you don't even know me. Unconditional grace. Yes, unconditional. But the fact is that I really am at peace with it.

0

2982.603 - 3005.846

That said, I just... Hearing that, it's like, wow, maybe telling these stories and seeing that what I read this morning, maybe it gives me more purpose. Yeah. No, I mean, to live is... I mean, Paul said it too. To live is Christ, to die is gain. Yeah. We should not fear death. Yeah, yeah, exactly. It could happen at any moment. And at times, I really... welcome it.

0

3006.266 - 3025.823

When I look at what's going on in the world, when we talk about these things, it's like... But then I say, ah, it's the cheap way out, right? It's like, meaning, if God would take me tomorrow, I'm happy with that, holy cow. But I'm only okay with that if my work's done. If my work's not done, then okay, Lord, just show me the next thing then, right?

0

3025.863 - 3046.661

Because I'll stay if you're gonna use me to a bigger level. Yeah, I think having peace with life or death... should embolden us in this life to go for it. See, I think that's where courage comes from. Courage comes from no fear of man. That's right.

3046.681 - 3068.101

And for me, I want to have the courage and boldness to do whatever God's asking of me, to go into the darkest areas of the world, to help people, to help children, to save them, to help families that are going through darkness, to not be scared of those things. I can only get there if I have that peace. I think there's nothing more dangerous than a man of peace.

3069.363 - 3091.99

And so again, surrender is the only way to get peace. It's like the only way to get contentment. It's the only way to have rest. You know how many people in my life over the last few months have like come to God? Who were like, Jesus, please, I need this. It's people who need peace. They are so anxious. They're so stressed. There's so many things under overwhelming them. in their work.

3092.552 - 3112.523

For the reasons we just said, the four things. They're so overwhelmed. Even with children, they're like, I don't know how to get a breath. This is overwhelming. I will never experience peace. I think that peace is the new prophet. How about this? Instead of trying to get your EBITDA or your financial number this much higher, let's pursue peace. And that's their surrender. I agree.

3112.783 - 3132.757

There's nothing better for health. Well, people only want financial stuff because they think it's going to bring them peace. That's why they want financial stability. Because they think it's going to bring peace. It's a trick. Have you guys ever heard of Mammon? Mammon? Yeah. Manna. Manna, no. Manna was in the desert. God gave manna to the Israelites. Now, mammon, though, you got to hear this.
