And I'm here with Brian Hoyer. Brian, thank you for being here. Great to be here. Are you excited to share? Okay, you made my home safe, and that I super appreciate. And I knew that these things cause the teeth. These things cause people not to feel well in their own homes. And my home tested pretty well on certain things. But my gosh, you're to see, folks, how he made my home safe.
My workspace was not good. And it would have led to fatigue and other problems and some of the lights in my home. So I can't wait for you to share that with the people watching. But I think also it's simple solutions, too. And we're going to discuss all of it. I can't wait for you to see this because we have a lot of show on Tailgate, right?
You're going to see why radiation or these types of radiation make people sick, right? Even charging your cell phone can make you sick. I think I got a million some views on that when I shared people a charging cell phone and how much radiation that puts in the human body. I mean, amazing. Isn't it? Yeah. Yeah. It's like technology has advanced so much in the last even 50 years, even 20 years.
Chapter 4: How can your home environment be making you sick?
And- Like many technologies, we don't develop them with respect for our human biology and where we came from, yeah, on this planet, that's right. And so, what happened was we didn't think about okay, what was our ancestral environment and then Like how can we respect that?
Instead, we just pushed forward with all the technology and had everything ungrounded, some things grounded, nothing shielded, lights are flickering and in nature, you don't have any pulsations, everything is pretty constant. So, you have constant beams of light coming from the sun, even fire, even the candles flicker and that sort of thing, it's not modulated mechanistic flicker like robotic.
Yeah. And living organisms, we kind of, we have this rhythm, the circadian rhythm when the sun goes up or gradually increases in light, gradually decreases in light and what do we do when we go in our house? We just, it's dark, boom. Yeah, flip on the light immediately and it's on. And to complicate things further, we're running on pulsed electricity.
So, a lot of our lights, they pulse at 120 times percent. But we all see that. Yeah, you follow lights in my home that they're not pulsing to me and you showed me the thing that's like, I mean, I was like, oh my God, it was almost irritating my brain hearing it but it's irritating your brain when you don't, you just brought it to my attention. Yeah, exactly.
And what happens is like you can literally take a slow motion video at 240 frames per second. You have that setting on your phone, you can do this in your hand and you can see the flicker. It's imperceptible to naked human eye. But the brain, it is perceptible. Your brain feels and sees that day in and day out. And so, sure, you disrupt thyroid function.
So, you want to write people are fatigued at the end of the day. One thing Brian did for me in my workspace- is he showed me, we went outside, he measured the sun, and we started to do this beautiful spectrum of light, right, wave lights. We went inside, wow, it was even though I had this huge glass window there, and he showed me all the infrared is missing. All right.
Which is really important for hell. Right. And then you put one of your cool lights right on my desk, which you gave me. Thank you. But everyone can get one of these lights, which you should. And you put it on and then, boom, it looked like sunny. Yeah.

Chapter 5: What is the role of light in our biological health?
So like, yeah, I mean, that is huge. This is disrupting people's sleep. Right. I mean, obviously, it's causing some flow to balance because this rhythm that we're out of with modern day Olympic, it's screwed everybody up. Yeah.
Yeah, and you know, that's the goal is with all the new technology, what we would have realized and what many others have realized is that we have to like sync it to what nature has provided for us for millennia, you know, like multiple millennia. And so, when we measure outside, we want to match that same environment inside. Yeah. Yeah, and that infrared is so important.
We're finding new ways that it's important like year after year. I know. It's incredible. At first it was like okay, it stimulates cytochrome C oxidase and helps your mitochondria produce ATP. Yeah, and that was like a huge discovery. Yeah, and now it's gonna show up. Yeah, and now like just I think four or five years ago they discovered that
that 95% of your body's melatonin is made inside the mitochondria and it has nothing to do with sleep and it's all about antioxidant properties and free radical, you know, like sweeping up free radicals on the cellular level.
Being melatonin is doing all those things we thought it was just sleep, now it's controlling inflammation, now it's like it's beating cancer, it's all these amazing things and yet all these lights and this false environments we created has screwed it up. I'm just making it so. Yeah, yeah, exactly. And the infrared light is what stimulates that subcellular melatonin production.
And I was missing that and I'm sitting at my desk all day, right? And you pop up this light, how much is this light that you put on my desk? What does it cost? It's almost $500. You put this simple solution and it solved massive problems. Yeah. Like, I mean, a light. I mean, just plug that in and go and immediately a measurable difference.
And obviously, people are going to feel massively difference with a $500 solution. I think the cool thing is, is this is what you do. You make environments match nature, but the transformation in people's health, energy, brain, hormones, autoimmune, I mean, all of that affects. And we just have no clue of what our environment is doing. And that's how I started the show.
OK, I want to back up because we're going to show you all the solutions that you did in my experience. They can do it all right. And simple solutions oftentimes. Right. And sometimes not. But we'll talk about this, too. Yeah. Okay, but I would tell them this story. How'd you get involved in this? Because someone that took such a deep dive, there's always a pain to purpose story. What's yours?
Well, mine is it started as just being a dad, you know, and realizing that, oh my gosh, I remember coming home from the hospital 2009 when my first daughter was born, laying her on the bed. And you know newborns, they look like little aliens, right? Hold on a second. You're the first one I heard say, because I'm always like, I don't think babies are that cute. Okay.

Chapter 6: How does flickering light impact our well-being?
Yeah. I don't even have a word, you know what I'm saying? I call it biophysical stress. Biophysical stress. So, physical, chemical, emotional and biophysical stress. But problem is people can understand physical, emotional, chemical, right? They know what that is. They know what that is. That's biophysical. Yeah. Bioenergetic, yeah.
It's a whole different level and so like what you could imagine is like okay, let's say somebody like you have this nice membrane in your stomach here and then like let's say there's a toxin that goes on to that membrane. Right. But then you add this pulsations, right? Vibration almost. Now toxins. And now the toxins can slip through a lot easier because of the pulsations, the vibrations.
So, here we have two things going on in humanity right now. More than that. I would argue with social media, there's an increase in emotional stress, the ability to doubt to it. But this massive, since World War II, and I would say it in arguably the last 20 years has been unbelievable, I should say. It's how much toxins the children and us are introduced to unknowingly.
Okay, so this massive increase in plastic, this massive increase in forever chemicals, this massive increase in heavy metal. Okay, that's one thing that your body has to adapt to.
Now we have this new thing, all this electromagnetic frequency, and it's allowing these toxins, to your point, to cross deeper into our tissues that had a protective membrane, that got the blood-brain barrier, even our cell membranes. And this frequency will say, this vibration into the cells that was not there before, it's... And now we're becoming even more toxic because of it.
Yeah, and it attacks all the barriers, the ribon barrier. There's a barrier in your eye, your gut, gut brain, the placental barrier. There's all these barriers that are constantly being compromised because of this energetic stress.
It's not just like vibrational vibrations and so on the thing, but it's also just the pulsation and these voltage channels that are stimulated in a way they shouldn't be stimulated. Voltage channels, I don't want to confuse you, but they can determine your gut opening or close it. They bring energy, right? It's like things are functioning because of this.
So, it can literally cause an opening of the gut. No wonder all people's diet changes, supplements, probiotics aren't working. Because you could be under a very high electromagnetic frequency and not know it. And that's why everything, all your best sevens aren't working. Is that what is that said? Yeah. Yeah. Percent. It didn't happen to you. Yeah. Well, like.
When I started implementing my own solutions, I was seeing differences in my kids and also in myself. Yeah. From like just even being a stressed out standpoint as a new dad, like your stress can be high, your sleep can be low from the sleepless nights but you know, sleep started to get... I started addressing the EMS not only because I was sleeping better but the baby was sleeping better. Yeah.
