She inspires us with all the things building a business has made possible for her.Dr. Catherine Toomer is a Family Medicine & Community Healthphysician - founder and CEO of Health Wellness and Weight Loss Centers -a virtual coaching platform for optimizing health and wellness throughweight loss, and maximizing weight loss through targeted health andwellness measures.Dr. Toomer created what became her 1:1 Whole-You Total WeightLoss™️️ program twenty years ago when she was obese, an insulindependent diabetic, and diagnosed with congestive heart failure, but wastold she was too high risk when seeking help to lose weight and controlher diabetes. Using the program she developed, she lost 60 pounds in 6months, got off insulin, and survived her CHF when told she had a 50%chance of living 5 years.
