Food trailers are one of my tips for the biggest opportunities in 2021. I'm joined this week by an entrepreneur who is a veteran of the food trailer game & now teaches people how to set up their own business. Seany was inspired by his travels across the globe to bring the idea of street food back to Ireland & make it accessible to all. We hear how he started selling tacos at country music festivals to becoming one of the biggest suppliers of food trailers in Ireland.
