To the nine to fivers listening guys, this applies to you too. Stop underselling yourself because someone else has more experience. You're not a discounted version of anyone else. You bring something no one else can. You. When you learn to show your value, not your cost, you stop begging for the opportunity and start attracting it. Look, price fades, value sticks.
People remember how you make their life easier, not how cheap you were. So you gotta ask yourself this, what's one way I can show the value that I bring to the table without ever mentioning the price? Maybe it's being reliable, good service, or the way you solve problems. Start there, guys. That's how you shift from doubt to drive. one move at a time.
