Mishal Husain becomes new Today presenter

Mishal Husain is to join the Today programme as presenter. The BBC's head of news programmes, Ceri Thomas and the Observer's Miranda Sawyer, also of Sound Women, discuss the significance and whether we can expect announcements of further changes.
