Ciarahn Matoe is a former rugby player turned Police Officer. Having received a rugby scholarship to Kings College in Year 10, Ciarahn was set on the professional sports pathway from a young age. He then went on to play rugby for the New Zealand Under 20’s and the Taranaki Bulls. Now at 24, he is four years into pursuing a career in the police force. The Hannahs chat with Ciarahn about the transition from playing sports professionally to working in the police, the transferable skills and heaps more!
