This week the NETFIT Hannahs talk to one of the world’s best-known netballers and the most-capped player of all time, Irene Van Dyk. Irene began her career in South Africa before moving to New Zealand in 2000 to become Silver Fern number 122. Having put up over 6,500 shots at 90% \ accuracy, Irene retired from international netball in 2014 after 20 years at the top of Netball. Irene now works as Netball New Zealand’s participation manager of youth and heads the Netball New Zealand Youth Board.
