And instead of letting it sit in some type of savings account where you're really, at least in the US, you're really not earning very much on it at all. you can take that money and then invest it in some type of real estate property and then enjoy the cash flow that's coming from it because they're backed by solid, stable assets, something that you can actually physically see, something that you can easily touch.
