152: What You Can Learn From This Coaching Call with Dave Sullivan

As you may know I do 1-on-1 coaching with roofing contractors. Today, I had a great call where we discussed the struggles this contractor was having and how we are designing a business plan to get him on the right track to achieve his “end” or his long term goals for success. I wanted to share this call because so many contractors are facing these same concerns. I know I did, and we can all learn from our discussion.
