So I find myself waking up in the middle of the night now. So I use the meditation drifting back off to sleep, which I normally put on around 2 AM. And it works. But I am a huge fan of these meditations. I think it just gets you in the right frame of mind, the deep breathing, relaxation. you know, trying to control your mind and not let it wonder or over stress over things.
