They teach independence, confidence, and hope for a future brighter than anyone imagined.Some of the teens in this program have never held a hammer before. But now? They're building entire homes. They're learning skills that can lead to jobs, careers, and self-reliance. We've seen the transformation-someone walks in uncertain, and by the end, they're standing tall, looking at something they built with their own two hands.ADHD can feel like chaos. Addiction can feel like a trap you can't escape. But here's the thing: neither of those struggles defines you. What defines you is what you choose to do next. This project gives young people the tools-not just to build a home but to rebuild themselves. Carlton and I talked a lot about that in this episode.He said, 'This isn't about just teaching skills. It's about showing someone that they can build a life they're proud of. That's what this project does.'Every single tiny home is a stepping stone.
