Being in shape is loving yourself. Today is the youngest you will ever be. So start getting crazy about your nutrition, your training, your meditation, your community, all of that. Do that now. There's such a physical connection to the mind. I think if you are weak physically, you have a tendency to be weak mentally. I don't see a separation.
