That day she asked her sister is she wanted to go visit the horse with her, but she declined. Edna was last seen leaving the Tioga Street horse stables. Like so many cases in the 70s, the police initially treated Edna’s case as a runaway case but eventually concluded this to be unlikely. Authorities now suspect that Edna Thorne was abducted and likely killed.
