In today’s solo podcast episode I am diving into a topic that has quickly become one of my favourite and most common topics to coach on: boundaries. This is the first in a two part series on boundaries, in which I teach the foundational concepts to help you live a life in alignment with who you really are and what you want to achieve. In this first episode I explain what boundaries are, give examples of the different types of boundaries that you can set, and an explanation as to why setting boundaries is so important and powerful. You will resonate with this episode and the concepts in it if you identify yourself as ‘people-pleaser’, someone who struggles to put their own needs before others, is highly sensitive to other people’s emotional states, often reflects on what other people will think before taking action, struggle with work-life boundaries, or if you find it difficult to commit to doing things for yourself on a regular basis. If any of these sound familiar, learning about boundaries is going to be a game-changer for you. This is one of the main topics I am teaching in my upcoming group course ‘The Next Chapter’.
