On THIS WEEK’s episode – We’re diving into a juicy Q&A about s*x, intimacy, and date nights post-baby (and other Qs but that's the juicy stuff)! We talk all things keeping the spark alive as parents, navigating intimacy while breastfeeding, and how we've avoid falling into any sort of "roommate phase" (disclaimer: we know, we know - we're still new at this). We also touch on some of your other questions like managing anxiety around milk supply, coping with a tough pregnancy, and tips for taking your baby everywhere (yes, even to a hockey game 4 hours away!). And of course, we’ve got some hilarious parenting confessions (well - I think they are hilarious... I think Harrison says "not funny" like 10x) and a talk about sl*tty pumping (don’t ask, just listen). As always, if you're here for parenting advice, don’t get too excited – we’re just figuring it out along the way and sharing our experiences with you. Full Episode
You and I, we need to go on a date.
Keeping the romance alive post-baby, it is just so much harder to do in reality than in theory.
And I think we're all looking at each other being like, are you having sex yet?
I think that if the babysitter cancels on you, they owe you a freebie.
I am saying for myself personally, like, it is a 48-hour notice policy.
The whole experience there is amazing. It's the opposite of the dentist. That should be their tagline. Terry Blacks, we're the opposite of the dentist.
Welcome to Two Parents and a Podcast. Today we have a really fun episode. We put up a question box and you guys let her rip. So we're going to have lots of things about romance. postpartum pumping anxiety and taking our baby everywhere, what that's like. But before we get into that, Harrison took a trip to the dentist for the fifth time. You go to the dentist with anybody I know.
How often do you go to the dentist?
If I can help it, I don't go. But if I have like a cavity or something, I go. You probably think I widen my teeth and go for cleanings, but I don't. I'm just an avid flosser.
