Sasha is also a wife, mother, well-published gender-equity researcher, and Founder of Brave Enough, where she leads over 12,000 female physicians. She teaches professional women resilience, self-care, and negotiation through events, retreats, and courses. Sasha speaks frequently to executives and companies on the topics of professional burnout, resilience and gender equity and has a featured TEDX Talk on Resilience: The Art of Failing Forward.
