Spend More Time Doing What Makes You Feel Alive, Episode 61

My plan for August is to get ahead of myself and slow down. To practice what I preach I'm taking a week off, eating good food that makes me feel energetic and alive, and spending time with family.   But in order to do that as a business owner, and as someone who loves to plan, I had to do some massive planning today in order to organize the next couple of months.   I'm popping in and sharing these planning techniques with you. It's two questions that I asked the attendees in my most recent masterclass.   These questions are the first step in designing your life. They'll help you slow down, reflect, and dream.
