If you listened to Episode 108 you will have heard Tom discussing the ways in which we might show up in the coaching room. Tom made the point that an approach of judgement might be an easy way for us to show up in our coaching , but perhaps love might be a more useful way to be in order to draw out the real coachee sitting before us. Well, one podcast episode didn't provide Tom with enough space to consider the fact that often either the coach or the coachee could show up in fear in the coaching room, for all sorts of reasons. So this episode continues where Tom left off, and offers his reflections on fear and how an approach of love might dissolve the fear. There are some philosophical musings and even some poetry in this episode, so join Tom, flying solo once again, in another podcast focused on love in the coaching room. Enjoy the podcast?
