Your Coaching Journey

Episode 11: Imposter Syndrome

07 Jul 2023

Description

In this episode we are exploring a topic that we both notice showing up a lot in the coaching room. It's also a phenomenon that we have both found ourselves experiencing at various times. There's also a very good chance that you have some experience of it yourself. We're talking about Imposter Syndrome.    Research suggests that between 70 and 84% of people engaging a coach experience feeling like an imposter.  It's therefore helpful to reflect on what is meant by the term 'imposter syndrome' and to consider what approaches you might adopt to support your clients when they bring it in to the coaching room.     Enjoying the podcast?
