According to the author Oliver Burkeman we each have approximately 4,000 weeks to run around on our planet. Some people will get a few more weeks and some will get a few less, but Burkeman's point is that our time to enjoy life is finite. In this episode we dive into Burkeman's thought-provoking book 4,000 Weeks: Time and How to Use It. Join us as we explore its main themes and how they might assist us in the coaching room. The title of the book makes it sound like a time-management tomb, but in reality it is more of an existential reflection on our relationship with time and on how we might have a more realistic sense of what we have time for. Join us for this podcast where we explore Oliver Burkeman's ideas and how they provide us with a way of exploring what is important for our coachee to focus on as they navigate their finite time on earth.
