Episode 23: Coaching Topic: Resilience

Resilience is a favourite topic of Tom's. So much so, he has explored, researched, taught, and written about resilience for a number of years now. So, what better person to ask about how we might explore resilience, or a perceived lack of resilience, when our clients start discussing it in the coaching room?
