In this episode we are interviewing another coaching doctor, Dr Sherina Fernandes:   Since completing the Doctors' Transformational Coaching Diploma with us, Sherina up her own coaching business called Renew Lifestyle, and is passionate about empowering people to take control of their health through coaching around common-sense practical lifestyle changes.    Sherina's current portfolio of roles include being a GP: the clinical service lead at a digital health company; a lifestyle physician and health coach, she also facilitates NHS group menopause consultations.   Find out what inspired Sherina to start learning about coaching, and how she uses her coaching skills now.
