Episode 34: An Interview with Dr Caroline Walker

In this episode we are interviewing another coaching doctor, Dr Caroline Walker. Caroline completed the Transformational Coaching Diploma back in 2020 as a member of the first cohort to train on the programme with us.   Caroline is an expert in doctors' wellbeing and an international role-model for doctors living with mental health problems.  As a psychiatrist, therapist and coach she has first-hand experience of how the pressures of working in medicine can impact on a doctor's life and wellbeing.   Over the past few years, Caroline, and her team of coaches and trainers at The Joyful Doctor have helped thousands of doctors to change their lives for the better, to prioritise their self-care and to live and work more joyfully.   Listen to find out what inspired Caroline to incorporate coaching into her professional portfolio of roles.
