Episode 46: Coaching Approaches: Transformational Coaching

In our journey through the different approaches to coaching, we'd like to introduce you to Transformational Coaching.   Transformational Coaching is a flexible and integrative approach that allows coaches to explore a variety of topics and concerns with their coachees and to be agile in the coaching room. This agility enables coaches to move smoothly between different ways of being with their coachees as required. The integrative nature of Transformational Coaching provides a variety of tools and techniques that have their roots in psychology, are often evidence backed and encourage coaches to create their own unique approach to coaching.   In this episode, we will share what Transformational Coaching means to us, what it involves, and why we offer this approach in our Doctors' Transformational Coaching Diploma.       Enjoy the podcast?
