Text us! When you’re in your comfort zone you feel at ease because you're not being tested. You don't engage in new experiences or take on any challenges. You only participate in activities or stay in relationships that are familiar and make you feel “in control” of your environment. At times this can be a place to rest and rejuvenate, and can be a positive experience. However, a comfort zone can also be a trap where you get stuck, stop growing or accomplishing things, your self-esteem diminishes and your life stalls.In today’s episode of Your Personal Power Pod we look at the positives and negatives of comfort zones, how to identify if you’re in one and how to get out of it so you can continue to create the life you want.
