Rena's passion for health and wellness began in her early twenties when, without warning, she suffered a heart attack. After 3 weeks in Cardiac Care and a permanent pacemaker implant, she was told she had the heart of an 80-year-old, was pre-diabetic, overweight, and had chronic fatigue. At a profound turning point in her life, she was determined to find health and immersed herself in researching health, nutrition, and wellness. Her research led her to the powerful Endo-cannabinoid System and the amazing benefits of CBD and she has been a compassionate advocate ever since. Rena holds a degree in biopsychology from the City University of New York and a master's degree from the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism. She is also a hypnotherapy and NLP trainer and is board certified in biofeedback therapy.
