Debra Poneman is an award-winning keynote speaker, author, and seminar leader whose clients have included corporate executives, popular celebrities, New York Times bestselling authors—and even household names. As founder and president of Yes to Success, Inc., a company that applies her breakthrough methods for creating true success and prosperity, Poneman has been instrumental in transforming the lives of hundreds of thousands of people around the world. Recognized as one of the pioneers in the field of personal growth, Debra Poneman is a popular talk show guest and has appeared on radio and TV from coast to coast. Since 1982, she has given hundreds of keynotes for businesses, associations, and professional organizations. Her seminars have been featured both in cities from coast to coast and around the world. Debra Poneman spent the bulk of the 70s living in India and Europe spending months at a time in complete silence and deep meditation while studying with some of the greatest Masters of the East. When she came back to the U.S., she used what she had learned to teach meditation to thousands. While working as an account executive for an LA investment firm and attending a seminar called Money Magic, Poneman came to the conclusion that prosperity is actually not created by investing wisely, but rather by using energetic tools and the creative power of the mind. She knew immediately that her life's work was to share this knowledge with the world. Poneman spent the next six months studying the laws of success and prosperity as touted by icons of metaphysical thought like Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale, Florence Scovel Shinn, and the great Wallace Wattles. In early 1981, she founded Yes to Success Seminars, Inc., a company dedicated to teaching timeless principles of success and prosperity coupled with new solutions in contemporary language. By 1983, Poneman's seminars were being taught in over a dozen major US cities. A year later her company was teaching her ever-growing body of knowledge in seven countries on four continents—decades before the Internet made international communication instantaneous. Poneman soon became a favorite talk show guest and appeared on radio, TV, and in magazines around the world. As a corporate trainer and sought-after speaker, her client list included Mattel Toys, McDonnell Douglas, Shaklee, Xerox Management Group, International Trade Management, Women in Management, Women in Banking, Business, and Professional Women, YPO, and more. Today Poneman is a member of numerous professional organizations including Jack Canfield's Transformational Leadership Council and the Southern California Association of Transformational Leaders. She is also a founding member of the Evolutionary Business Council. She is a certified meditation teacher through the Art of Living Foundation and the Transcendental Meditation Organization, teaching meditation to thousands of individuals and in companies throughout the world.
