Febrile Seizures | shake it like it's hot

Summary: Most children with a fever will feel miserable and unwell, however 1 in 30 will have a febrile seizure (or febrile convulsion). Many will have just one, but 3 in 10 will go on to have further seizures in future febrile illnesses. Most of the time, febrile seizures occur in children aged from 6 months to 6 years.
