The Mind is Programmed for Survival
10 Oct 2022
Summary/Abstract The mental precept for this week is that the mind must be right to survive. This means that the mind is always looking for ways to justify its beliefs, even if it means being unhappy. The mind is a better servant than master, so it is important to remember that when the mind is trying to control you, you are the one in charge. Life will be sweeter when you come from your heart instead of your mind. Timestamps 0:00:06 This Week's Mental Precept: The Mind Must Be Right to Survive Highlights So when you feel like you need to be right, just remember that that need to be right comes from the mind.
