Alison Pena, aka "Bad Widow", became a widow when her husband of almost twenty five years died in 2016, after an 11-month battle with pancreatic cancer. Eventually, Alison learned how to live fearlessly, move through grief, reclaim autonomy, reinvent herself, and rebuild her networks back to life. She writes and speaks about the inevitable losses in life and how to overcome them and even thrive. Her style is honest and raw, funny and real. We also talk about the loss and grief associated with Covid-19, and her thoughts on how to navigate the overwhelming feelings. Find out more: https://badwidow.com/.
