Cindy Gallop is a consultant and entrepreneur who, for 35 years, has worked in brandbuilding, marketing and advertising with companies like Levi's, LOreal, and Calvin Klein, to name a few. She champions and campaigns for diversity in all forms, and as part of that is working to change depictions of aging in advertising by ending ageism in the advertising industry. She's known as a major changemaker in her field, and likes to describe herself this way: "I like to blow shit up. I am the Michael Bay of business."
