Donna Cameron spent her career as a business owner working with nonprofit organizations and causes. It was there where she saw kindness in action and was awed by its power to transform. While she considered herself a reasonably nice person (with occasional lapses into crankiness), she knew that true kindness was a step above. In 2015, she committed to a year-long deep-dive into kindness. Her 2018 book, "A Year of Living Kindly", has earned more than a dozen awards.
