Heidi Holtz is founder of "Stillwork Consulting". She has a long history in theatre and arts administration, worked at the Gifford Foundation, a private non-profit foundation, and has taught at Syracuse University. She is an expert in mediation, and conflict resolution which she uses to assist boards of non-profit foundations.
