Jane Asher is an 89-year old competitive swimmer. After a career as a swimming teacher and coach, Jane began to train seriously and to compete in Masters events in her 50s. She holds world records in numerous events, in the 5-year age bands up to her present age - she is looking forward to turning 90 next year, when she will have another batch of records to break. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she proves that age is just a number. Find out more about the Zestful Aging Podcast at ZestfulAging.com.
