The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali were written around the 2nd century BCE and are some of the earliest texts written about yoga. The 8 Limb path is a foundational philosophy within the yogic world, it is rich in teachings and inspiration to guide us to living a more purposeful and ethical life. I am joined by Holly Davies, yoga teacher and lover of yogic philosophy and teachings. We unpack what the 8 Limbs are and their relevance to this time. We discuss how these limbs can support you in liberating your mind and how you can practice yoga on and off the mat.
