Rongoā is a traditional Māori healing system which encompasses herbal remedies, physical therapies and spiritual healing. I am joined today by kai rongoā Awhina Henry to discuss her journey through using rongoā and connecting to her wairuatanga (spirituality) Awhina celebrates the connection between humans and nature, the beautiful weaving of intention and respect for our mother earth is prevalent in her mahi (work).
