A wide distribution of Beiji nairoviruses and related viruses in Ixodes ticks in JapanCitationTicks and Tick-borne Diseases, 15: 102380 (2024)論文の要約日本各地で採集した2,000超のマダニをスクリーニングし、BJNV・YCNV・新規Mikuni nairovirus（MKNV）の3群を同定した研究である。主にIxodes属（特にI. persulcatus）で検出され、Haemaphysalis属では未検出であった。北海道を中心に、福島・長野でも陽性を確認し、複数回の大陸との往来による導入を示唆する系統構造を示した。BJNVとMKNVのSセグメントには機能未解明のGAリッチ領域が見出された。一方で、試料からの感染性ウイルスの分離は不成功であり、病原性評価と監視強化の必要性を示す結果である
