「パレ」とは、引き潮の時、海岸に出て海草や海産物を捕ることを意味する南海(ナムへ)地方の方言です。 「パレギル」は、かつて南海の人たちが家計を支えるため、海に向かっていた道を中心に開発したトレッキングコースで、 海岸に沿ってゆったりと歩きながら南海の自然を満喫することができます。14のコースが開発される予定のパレギル。 最終目的地の棚田村、カチョン・タレンイマウルまで5時間歩く第1コースには紗村(サチョン)海水浴場、モンドル海岸など南海の自然が広がっています。
