中共是全球最大的地主，占有面积最大，土地价值最高。根据 2024年底国务院发布的 2023 年度国有资产管理情况综合报告，国有土地总面积5,237,140 平方公里，其中建设用地 18.394 万平方公里，均是城市土地，分布在土地价值最高的地段。依照宪法，截至 1982 年 12 月 4 日中国实行的还是土地私有制，这点可由中国政府在 1950 年代初发放新的土地房产所有证得到印证。《八二宪法》第十条宣布城市土地国家所有，不但肯定了文革中损害公民权利的错误做法，还造就了史上从未有过的对本国公民的大规模抢劫，是对中国民众的一场无声革命。对于未来的中国民主化，恢复与重建中国的私有土地制度，是必须走的一步。 点击下载全文或《中国民主季刊》2025年第一季完整版：https://chinademocrats.org/?p=4615
