争取香港民主化的运动在1997年前已经兴起。主权移交中国后，民主运动依然蓬勃，尤其是2014年的雨伞运动和2019年的反修例运动，成为全球焦点。2020年中共在香港实施港版国家安全法，大批民主运动参与者被抓捕或流亡，不少公民组织和媒体亦在政治压力下纷纷解体。如何看待香港近年的民主运动？在中共强力管治下，香港争取民主的运动何去何从？就此，受《中国民主季刊》之邀，伦敦大学国王学院访问研究员黎恩灏博士和知名香港民主运动组织者、前香港学联秘书长周永康进行了对话。
