想必每个人都体检过，在体检的时候有尿检的环节，护士会提醒我们要留中段尿，这是为什么呢？按照排尿的先后顺序，可以把尿液分为前段、中段和后段，尿检使用的中段尿，就是指在排尿过程中处于中间的那一部分尿液。之所以会使用中段尿，是因为相比前段和后段尿，更不容易受污染，才能尽可能保证减少化验的误差。所以在提取尿液时，先排出来一些尿液，有助于清洁尿道口周围，防止尿道口的杂质干扰化验结果。最后一段尿液有可能有膀胱沉渣，故也不收集。对于女性而言，尿检也要尽量避开生理期。
