冰箱中有一类偏爱低温环境的“嗜冷菌”,在零下依然可以生存,-15°C~-20°C是它们适宜的生长温度。如果储藏在冰箱里的食物刚好被这类细菌污染,食物会成为它们生长繁殖的“营养地”。例如李斯特菌就是家用冰箱中最容易藏匿的“嗜冷菌”,感染李斯特菌的人,会出现轻微的类似流感的症状若体质偏弱,还容易出现突然发热、剧烈头痛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、败血症、脑膜炎等,因此,即使冷冻食物也不要保存过久,需充分加热后再食用。
