生蚝又叫牡蛎,大连叫海蛎子,广东叫蚝。中国人对法国生蚝的概念,大部分都来自于一篇初中课本里,莫泊桑的小说《我的叔叔于勒》,里面对于法国人吃生蚝的描写:“父亲忽然看见两位先生在请两位打扮得漂亮的太太吃牡蛎。一个衣服褴褛的年老水手拿小刀一下撬开牡蛎,递给两位先生,再由他们递给两位太太。她们的吃法很文雅,用一方小巧的手帕托着牡蛎,头稍向前伸,免得弄脏长袍;然后嘴很快地微微一动,就把汁水吸进去,蛎壳扔到海里。”莫泊桑在《我的叔叔于勒》中这段对法国人吃牡蛎的描写,勾起所有中国人的好奇,这期节目我们就来聊聊法国的生蚝。
