核心技术要靠自己研发，例如台湾，没有自己研发能力的公司在上一次经济危机中全军覆没。有人说边拿别人的技术边进行研发，那样的话就导致自己的研发水平永远追不上别人的研发水平，所以整个产业链都要靠自己，不能靠国外的技术转让。中国实现从零到一突破的小公司有很多，大公司有海思、展讯等。每个领域的突破都不容易，我们存储方面很弱，虽然长江存储做到了从0到1的突破，但是离世界先进水平还有一定距离。
